" Speculation is an effort, probably unsuccessful, to turn a little money into a lot. Investment is an effort, which should be successful, to prevent a lot of money from becoming a little." -- Fred Schwed Jr.

Hi All,

Most volatile day of the month. Best thing is stay away from the market. Relax with your family, go for a break. only suggestion for September, Long Axis Bank or take a call according to your risk appetite. As GDP data will be published on Friday, so market will be choppy.

"Silence is golden, and gold is up these days, so silence is a solid investment" - Jarod Kintz.

Hi All,

As advised in the previous post, Nifty may rebound from 13 day EMA. It happened. Now as the Rupee closed at 66.24, all time low on closing basis, biggest fall in 18 years. It has lost 17% year till date (YTD). So one can expect it to go down around 69.00.

Indian rupee fall

                                              Rupee on Life support.

Most of the stocks are at value buying, one can long INFY for the target of Rs 3400 for short term.

Gold and silver record high of Rs 33,700/gm and Rs 54,800/Kg respectively. Hope to cross Rs 35,000 and 57,000 respectively.

Term of the day: Why are 10 Years bond Yield important?

When the yield on the 10 year bond goes up it indicates that the long term interest rates is going up. When interest rates goes up it will affect a lot of investments in the economy. It will affect the stock market, the housing market, credit card, personal loans and so on. Due to the increased cost of borrowing it will affect investments in the stock market because the margin rate will also increase. It will affect the housing market because less people are willing to commit on new housing and as a result prices will have to come down. For those who have bought they will also be affected due to increased mortgage payments. Hence it will affect the overall economic activity.

" The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of there dream"--   Eleanor Roosevelt

Hi All, So its an end of another volatile week. Hope you all have made good profit. Now the most important thing is how to earn and make profit. Well the day you all minimize your losses on that very day you all start making profit.

Well as i mentioned previous day, Nifty has resistance around 5530 (13 day EMA) and 5595 (20 day EMA). So one can go long till 5530. As short covering was seen in Friday's closing which was expected. One thing that i noticed was nifty spot closed at 5471.75 and its future closed at 5464.50 which is around 7 points. Same for bank nifty spot closed at 9470.10 and future closed at 9447.90 which is around 23  point. This co-relation of spot and future might indicate that market is still in bear grip. So be caution and ready for another volatile week.

Term of a day: Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR). the year on year growth rate of an investment over a specific period of time. One can say that its an imaginary number that describes the rate at which an investment would have grown if it grew at steady rate.

Nobody Who Ever Gave Its Best Regrets It -- George Halas

Hi All,

Yesterday was another volatile day for the market, traded between 5254 to 5418. Good thing is that Nifty closed above 20 and 50 day EMA on 30 mins chart. This is a healthy sign. It think one can be long in nifty or the target of 5577 with a stop-loss of 5362. However, I think the overall trend is downward. Nifty will consolidate between 5200 to 5500. Due to rupee's weakness it might again go down till 5100 then 4800 in near future. People are taking puts of 4800 and 4900 for the month of September.

Term of a day: Current account deficit.

CAD: in economic it is one of the two components of the Balance of Payments. The other component is capital account. It is a sum of balance of trade, i.e, the revenue of export - payments of import, factor income, i.e, earning from foreign investors - payments made to foreign investors and cash transfer.

A Person Who never made a mistake never tried anything new.

Hi all,

Yesterday i was talking about Volatility. Nifty crashed 98.90 point. Today's high was 5504 and Low of 5268. Bank Nifty made a high of 9766 and low of 9129. The current Volatility  of nifty index is 25.14. So the best thing to do in this market is derivatives. One should go for Call or Put and take a week's time.

Cipla is about to form a Head and Shoulder pattern, so i suggest sell Cipla form current levels for the target of Rs 382 and then buy around Rs 378 -380 for the target of Rs 415. Axis bank has a support of Rs 926, from there one can think of buying it for the target of Rs 1050.00. If it breaks Rs 926 then it can go down further 5%.

Now: term of the day : Earning per share, Its the amount of earning of each outstanding share of the company.  It is also a major component used to calculate the price-to-earnings valuation ratio.

Formula: (Net income - dividend on preferred share)/Average outstanding shares.

"An investment in knowledge pays the best interest"

Hi All, I believe you all have earned profit in Cipla. As the volatility of market is at its highest point so one should not put all its eggs in one basket. One should look to take small profit.  Its advisable to trade in Nifty by looking at its 1st hour highest and lowest point. Making its support and resistance.

Talking about stock all banking stocks are value buying. One should start SIP by buying 20 banking stock in every 15 days. I think HDFCbank, Axis bank and bank of India is the best pick.

Hi All,

As Banknifty has fallen by 27% YTD so there might be a recovery in Private banks. So all the private banks has become Value buy. Buy HDFC bank with the stop loss of 570, Axis bank with a stop loss of 965.

Buy Cipla above 398 with the target of 405 and DLF with a stop loss of 148.

Welcome blog.

Hi All,

Welcome to RupiyaInvestment, your own investment site. Today i have started this blog in order to share my experience and understanding about the market.

Trust me guys its very difficult to trade in market and earn money. One should have lots of patience to earn money. Which ever strategies you follow stick to it with patience and will be reworded.

As nifty has formed double top and double bottom, now, I think Nifty has a support of 5390, if its break then one can short for the target of 5310.

Short Icici bank with the target of 770 with the stop loss of 831.
